PREORDER POLICY

All products available on VOLT during DROP 01 are offered as preorder items.

By placing a preorder, you reserve your item before production is completed.

Production begins after the preorder period closes.

Estimated production and delivery time is 10–14 business days after the preorder period ends.

CANCELLATIONS

Customers may cancel their preorder within 24 hours of placing the order.

Once production has started, preorder orders cannot be cancelled.

REFUNDS

Refund requests made before production begins will be processed to the original payment method.

After production starts, refunds are not available unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

EXCHANGES

Size exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition.

LIMITED DROP

DROP 01 is a limited release. Availability is not guaranteed after the preorder period ends and restocks may not occur.
